Refund policy

We understand that returns happen!

🤎 Items eligible for a refund may be returned within 14 days of delivery.  

🤎 Orders can not be edited or cancelled after checkout is complete. Please ensure all items in your cart are correct prior to checkout.

🤎 Daily deals, Pre-orders, any items marked final sale are final sale. This includes items where a coupon code was used (with the exception of new customer and referral coupon codes)

🤎 Items must have tags on, be in new condition, unwashed, unused and unworn. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we must be notified within 30 days. We offer no guarantee on items after 30 days of receipt.

🤎 A customer return rate above 15% will begin to incur restocking fees. A consistent return rate above 15% will result in removal from our shopping platform. 

🤎 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

🤎 If you are local, and dropping off the package, please email us at support@shophousefive.com to let us know that it's in the drop off bin please!

🤎 If you need to make a return, please either print out this form, or write the information on a sheet of paper & include in your package.

🤎 Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please note: Holidays and weekends are not business days.

🤎 Please refer to the tracking provided to you at the time of shipment to confirm delivery of your items to us. Please thoroughly review our return policy to ensure that no items are sent back to us that are final sale. If a final sale item is returned to us, there will be a $5 charge, per item, to send the items back to you. If the return shipping fee is not paid in a timely manner, the items will be forfeited after 90 days.
